A timeless reproduction of Hellenic craftsmanship, this Amphora (storage wine). Executed in the White-ground Attic style, a hallmark of classical pottery (5th c. BCE). The principal scene portrays Attic White Ground,Oedipus and Sphinx,God Dionysus. On the reverse, the piece depicts The god Dionysus is attended by a flute-playing Satyr and tambourine-beating Maenad.

Handmade in Greece using wheel-throwing, kiln-firing, and meticulous hand-painting, each piece is unique while remaining faithful to historical techniques.

Dimensions: Height: 26.00 cm (10.24 in); Weight: 1.10 kg (2.43 lbs).
