Handcrafted in Greece, this museum‑style piece celebrates Chiron Zeus,dionysus,Achilles . This ceramic krater (mixing bowl for wine and water) echoing the aesthetics and storytelling of ancient Greek art.
First side: Little Dionysus stands on the lap of Zeus after being birthed from his father's thigh. Zeus is seated on a stool with a deer-skin drape and holds a thyrsos (pine-cone tipped staff)--the usual attribute of his son. The infant holds a wine cup (krater) in one hand and a vine in the other.
Reverse side: The centaur Chiron holds the boy Achilles in one hand and in the other a branch hung with a hare.
Technique:Handmade in Greece with traditional wheel-throwing, kiln-firing, and hand-painting techniques, this vessel reflects the timeless authenticity of ancient artistry.
